    Good Evening,
Looking for some help regarding the maker of this small pitcher. Yelloware with a deep olive green matte glaze, has an almost crystalline look to it. Bottom is incised USA and No. 2, there are no additional marks or signatures. Measures 3⅞" tall and 1⅝” wide at the base. Thanks!!!

Strange that the USA and what you are reading as No 2 are reversed in readable direction. Seems to indicate that they were written at different times in the process and maybe even by different workers. Can we see that picture reversed, please?

    Hi,
With that "slanted" A in USA I am getting a Shawnee feel for this piece.
