Please help ID these hallmarks

    Hello everyone I was hoping that some one could help me ID these hallmarks and maybe what this item was used for the cup is about 2 3/4 " tall by and 2 1/2" on the top the saucer is anout 3 1/4" wide and the weight is 68 grams any help would be great Thanks.
