Please help ID this pretty reticulated dish

    I picked up this dish at the thrift recently. It measures 5.25" across and 1.25" high. It's odd-the dish is heavy for its size (12 oz.), but doesn't hold a magnet. The "silver" looks almost as if it wants to bubble off in spots, although it cleaned up with Wright's Silver Cream.

    I've included the mark on the bottom. Any thoughts?
