If anyone has any information about this bowl it would really help :) it’s pretty heavy and all hand-carved. Turning green with oxidisation

Nice bowl! Dont know, but if I had to guess....perhaps ...India? Dimensions? Weight? Picture of the underside? All of those things will help the people know make a better determination.

It appears to be chased and not carved.

It is beautiful, Lily, and welcome.
It looks Burmese to me, and I agree, chased. Nice and elegant work, with Buddhist figures flanked by lotus flowers and leaf scrolls.
Lotus flowers stand for spiritual growth and purity. The decoration around the rim are stylized lotus petals, making the center of the bowl the lotus.
These are often called offering bowls.

I don't think India. Those figures look more Indonesian.

Those pointed crowns with side'flaps' are mainland Asia, never Indonesia.

I say India...do you see the snake?

I don't see a snake, but there are snakes all over south and southeast Asia. Snake imagery is by no means restricted to India.
Do you mean the leaves or fronds the figures have in their hands?
