Please help identify

Can someone please help me identify,I have ready all the background on c.w.s but can't find this piece or if it's an antique or not

 

Id guess 1930s-40s.It looks like its quite a useful size.Not worth much,but still better than anything they make these days.

You know it's Co-operative Wholesale Society then? Have a look over this and see if there are any marks that look like CC and a number.

 

Would guess it is close to be an antique (100 years) if not already. Not a lot of style to go on for dating with it really. Missing a mirror?

But, antique? I admit I can't really decipher the paper tag image, but antique?

If it has a CC Tag, then it's WW2. I suspect it's earlier: between the two wars. So close to antique. That factory opened in the 1920s.
