    Hi there!

Looking for some help identifying this pewter coffee or teapot. I am not sure where it came from—a family member likely purchased it or received it as a gift 40 years ago or so while they had a job that required a lot of travel. It is approximately 9 inches tall and measures 9 inches from the tip of the spout to the far end of the handle. The opening under the lid is 3.5 inches in diameter.

Please let me know if you need any more information but that is just about all I have.

Also I understand this is a very trying time for all of us and I do not expect an immediate response but maybe this is a nice distraction in the midst of chaos.

    Thank you for your help!

    Best,

unnamed.jpg Could it be a chocolate pot? I always think of those with long spouts as chocolate pots. Here's one example, although it says it could be tea or coffee as well.
