Melodiya is a Russian record label.
Looks like it is ballet music by Tchaikovsky.
I will tag @IvaPan for you, she can read Russian.:)

Thanks, Any! You are absolutely right, this is a USSR vinyl record of Tchaykovsky, The Sleeping Beauty Ballet, I will write below (free) translation of the inscriptions:

    Melodiya (in caps lock)
    Soviet Firm for Vinyl records
    Leningrad plant
(some identification numbers left and right, on the right it says ""8 sides", no idea what it means)
    Pyotr Tchaikovsky
    The Sleeping Beauty
Ballet in 3 parts with introduction
    Part 1
    5.Stage 6.Waltz 7.Stage
    8. Pas d'action: a) adagio

About its value I cannot say anything. Maybe TS can search on eBay to see how similar vinyls are offered or sold.

I would guess it's value to be nominal. Thousands of recordings of the material, and I doubt this is what people are looking for in vinyl.

Value would depend on the conductor and the orchestra.

Unfortunately, it is not written on thаt label. Maybe on the sleeve?
Actually I see that this ballet was manufactured and sold in a pack of 4 records in one sleeve, maybe this is the meaning of the inscription "8 sides" above.
On the Russian site meshok there are many similar vinyls for sale, if TS can photo the sleeve, it will be easier to identify the year and the performers.

As a rule, classical LPs aren't worth much. That said, sometimes you hit lucky.

Although there is no photo of the sleeve (or box??) of the record, I found a listing for a vinyl with identical inscriptions on meshok. The listing says that it was manufactured in 1969 Judging by the price there, it shouldn't be of high value.

I erased the images as I think that I cannot use them. If TS wants more information, he/she can post a photo of the box cover.

Plus condition of the record and the sleeve :)

Agreed. But less important if recording itself is scarce.
