Please help to identify this candy dish

I bought this candy dish at the state sale, it looks antique and is marked not very clear
number 6615 or G615 no sure about the first number or letter.

Since no one else has posted, I'll give it a try, If I had found it around here (central Ohio), I would say that it's likely German made. Fairly old, no later than the 1930s. There are a lot of items like this around here because we had a lot of German immigrants in the past. It is very pretty with its delicate pink florals but I doubt that it has a great deal of value. It fits into shabby chic decor or an item for a table in the "she shed". Hopefully, others will comment.

The numbers look like those of a Japanese import.
