Please help. Unusual glass vase - black, white, red

    Hi there

    I was hoping someone could help me identify this vase. Maker, decade, value?

    The base has no signature, it is not a matt finish.

    It is approx 14" tall and 3.5" wide at widest point.

    Can add more photos if needed.
