Please help with info on Asian jacket? Kimono?

    Hello, I got this piece at an estate sale. There was a lot of older vintage clothing in the sale. I'm not sure if this a jacket or kimono jacket or what. Does anyone know what it says? The fabric is very heavy and coarse. Thanks in advance.
