The pattern looks like a version of this Liberty Blue Pattern Historic Colonial Scenes Old North Church on etsy... Someone with more expertise will be along.

    You cups are gorgeous, @Gianluca72

thanks for your reply, yes, maybe they are not oriental elements,
but English Staffordshire Eggshell Porcelain or similar ....
That "Import" could be the key for the date, but i dont have expertise

As I understand it, "Import" and sometimes "Foreign" were marks used when items were made in recently "enemy countries" for sale in England following WWI. The buying public in England did not want to support commerce with the countries with whom there was such bad blood during the War. The same may also have happened following WWII. If I had to guess, I'd think these were made in Japan rather than Germany, but I could be wrong.

Yes. Although you should note that I said "I could be wrong."

Also note that Japan was not a combatant in WWI, so if the pieces were made in Japan that country's "previous enemy status" would have been following WWII instead.

yes yes ; therefore, the relative period could be before WW2 or after WW2.
In these two periods, the import was active. We should understand whether before or after, but I think it is too difficult to define it.
