Please...silver hallmark help please. Turret?

Hi, I cannot figure out this hallmark, and I have done research. A single turett with two profiles. What would this be? Irish sterling silver? Or something else? Thanks!

If the item isn't a state secret, perhaps a picture of it would help. And, you're absolutely sure there no more markings anywhere? (Even faint ?)

Bakersgma, I don't have the item in hand yet, although I have purchased. When it arrives I'll post a whole photo of it. I think it must be some sort of Irish item, although not really sure.

 

bulldogs, vodka is always good! I have never been as into cocktail hour as I have been these past two months. It's pretty much all I look forward to. Hoping that will change soon!

Okay, I finally got it and more photos. It's about 8" across and about 5" tall. Maybe it's Sheffield plate? At that size, would its purpose have been some sort of caddy? It's way too big to be a snuff box or anything like that. Please also take a look at the hinges, maybe that will give someone a clue to its age.
So, I'm looking for its age, use, and maker....just everything! :lol
