Featured Pocket watch keychain or just a pendant?

    Gold, 15 carats. Is it just a pendant or a pocket watch keychain? Gold weight 2.3 grams. Size 24x20 mm. The stone has 3 sides.     I wonder if those flat sides were meant to use it as some sort of magnifier?

    Is it just a decoration or a key chain? There are similar for sale, there is indicated a key chain for a pocket watch.

    It looks like rock crystal from here. Some of them were engraved with initials or a family crest, but this one was left as found.

    As everyone has already said, it's a fob seal, never engraved. If the gold is 15ct, it is probably rock crystal. A lovely thing, she says, trying not to sound too covetous. Looks like there are 3 flat sides, so a 'spinner' fob seal.

    I'd cheerfully wear either, but would prefer the OP's; rock crystal is one of my favorite stones.
