    I've not really seen many/any old Chelsea figures that look like thisj so I dont know. I dont think it can be Edme Samson as it looks so primitive. Any more ideas?

    Chelsea is another mark that gets faked a lot. I remember reading that the Chelsea mark was usually on the bottom, close to an edge, and rather small. Whatever source that was (I don't remember) said that the larger and more conspicuous the mark, the less likely that it was actually Chelsea.

    Yeah that makes sense im trying to find some examples of old CHelsea stuff. I think there's one on worth pt. that has similar base style. I think we've seen Edme Samson with the mark ontop the base like that.
