I think it looks like little red riding hood just hoping someone could help identify it. It’s around 7” tall

    Hi,
It is a fake "Hummel". All real Hummels have signage.

Not a Little Red Riding Hood look-alike either.

Most likely Japanese plaster?- (doesn't look like ceramic).
Copy of one of the Hummel Apple girls.

I have to say I’d of been tempted to peel back that felt on the base....just to make sure there isn’t a hidden makers mark beneath it  “you never know.....”

I'm not sure I'd bother. If clutter is correct (and I believe clutter is) than soaking the figurine to remove the felt may cause the paint to flake. Plaster figurines don't get near as much respect as porcelain. I can't imagine a mark under there that would help much. For it's type it has nice detail and is in very good condition. I'd hate to mess that up. Here in the US I'd put it in my donation box and hope the charity can make a few dollars off it.
