Porcelain flower encrusted hand mirror

    Inherited this piece many years ago. Kind of unusual, don't see may like them or at least I haven't. Only mark is "Germany". I'm guessing 19th century Dresden possibly? I know German porcelain is kind of vague in marking their porcelain unlike English makers. But saying Dresden is casting a pretty wide net and so is saying 19th century for that matter. Correct me if I'm wrong of course.

    The mount looks more 20's-30's to me but that's just a guess ...

    It kind of looks like the flowers were applied more recently to an old hand mirror with a porcelain back.

    I think it is later than the 20s/30s.

    I would guess the mirror may have been bought from one company and decorated in Germany.
    I'm thinking more 1940s/50s

    Agreed, Cluttered, thanks. The little flowers don't especially even look like porcelain to me..
