    Thought the mark looked like Mount Fuji. If Japanese then the number would suggest recent manufacture. We will need to see a photo of the entire bottom to get a better understanding. Just my guess.:bag:

    It's a type of French faience. I think the mark may be Fourmaintraux Freres but there are some similar looking French marks and I'll try to find the references if no one else can verify.
