I think that's how you'd describe it anyway. Still struggling to get rid of all the junk I've acquired over the years. Looks like a really old tourist piece before everything was made out of plastic.

 

I can't find one exactly like her, but she looks inspired by the art deco exotic "chryselephantine" figurines made by Chiparus and others, ca. 1920s-30s.

Agree. Not meant to be Cleopatra. Just exotic dancer perhaps or other Art Deco figure.
