Picked up this plate and can't find a whole lot about the mark...one sites says 1804-1809 for this red mark. Any help?

Hi kraftblue - looks genuinely old to me even if the mark may be suspect. I couldn't find a Sevres date code that matched your arrow mark. It doesn't match any of the codes used between 1801 and 1817. Still looks like a very nice item. Might be worth getting it authenticated.

Thanks Don. I do have it on auction with 13 watchers. A lady from France wants me to sell it to her for $200

Oooh! That's a good sign! I just added myself as a watcher. I can't afford much of this old French stuff but it's fun to look!
