Porcelain teacup age....maker?

    What's on the bottom of each piece, Daniel? numbers, letters?

    They look like numbers...either 61 or 19.

    Since no one has said anything, my Guess would be Germany or Austria late 1800s.

    I think maybe the handle is supposed to be bamboo, but that didn’t help with google.
