Featured Porcelain vanity jar with bronze/brass decoration/mount-age?

    Picked up this pretty little jar from goodwill for 99c. The rose petals have a few chips but not a ton. The metal housing is marked 'GERMANY' on the base. 3 inches (7.5 cm) diameter.

    Assuming the porcelain is German as well.

    Would this fall into the 'between the wars' period, or is it earlier?

    I thought the roses were well done, and yes, a pretty little box.
