Portrait Painting Porcelain Plate

    Bought this plate online

    There are many similar plates shown with Google, but some say it's German, others say it's French, and I also saw one saying it was from Vienna (while it didn't have any marks showing this).
    Asking prices going from €30 to a few hundred €€. Two sold on Catawiki for €100 (with an estimate of €200-€250), while another was sold on Catawiki for €2 (but that one seemed to have had some damage on the painting)

    I thought those were just some scratches and ignored it, but I think you're right!

    It sort of looks like a hand colored transfer print.

    Have you removed the piece of tape to see what's under it?
