    website link deleted. Inaccurate.
    You need to get the serial number from the watch movement, not the one one the case. You can have a jeweler open it, if you don’t want to mess with it.

    Pretty sure it's just plated or filled, and not solid gold, since the case has a 10 year guarantee.

    It is a 7 jeweled 12 size Waltham made for export and cased in a gold filled English case.
