I hope it's okay to post this question here.

We recently moved and the movers broke my Holdcroft majolica shell compote. I also have a big American Belleek vase with a broken-and-glued-back-together rim. I'd like to have them repaired, so can anyone recommend a person or business (preferably east coast) that can do it?

I've gotten one estimate and it was 4 figures (with shipping).

    Thanks,
    Janice
