Pottery - Blended Glaze Pitcher Shaped Vase

Hello everyone - I've got this pottery vase that has me stumped. It stands about 4 1/4" tall. It's not a working pitcher as the spout is solid. Marks on the bottom appear to be a script A and the number 14. Style reminds me a bit of Peters and Reed but the clay color would be wrong. Any information would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Looks European to me, maybe Belgium.

 

Thanks, trip98, may very well be Belguim. I did search my Camark book but no luck. I hope somebody eventually comes out with a book on Belgium pottery - it's so overlooked.

I'll bet Mark Hill does at some time, he loves odd stuff to write about.
