Hello Board Buddies - I will be rolling what I hope are some interesting pieces past you as I sort out the pieces from my latest hauls. Went to an auction on Friday where they were pretty much giving tables of stuff away, and I somehow managed to survive a road trip to Alabama the week before. The first of my little mysteries is this bowl. It measures 10" x 7 1/2" x 2" tall. It's marked pretty well but that hasn't helped me figure out what it is. I think the bottom says M. Conde Corval and there is also an impressed goblet and fork. I can turn up a town in Portugal called Corval which seems to be known for its pottery but I can't seem to get any further. Can anyone assist? Thanks very much! Don

That's the international symbol for "food safe".
