Maybe I've been looking at too many Islamic art objects lately, but it could be Middle Eastern. The crane is an important symbol of the Islamic Alevi sect, because it represents the voice of Ali, the successor of Muhammad.
I could be totally wrong of course, maybe someone else knows more about it.

    Thank You Any Jewelry

I have found Persian Vases in Gray with Cobalt. However, they date to the 14th century and this vase does not seem that old.

    Talavera maybe.

    Thank You SIS

I am leaning toward Mexican Talavera because it has two lighter blue rings at both the top and bottom of the design which I noticed on many of the Talavera pieces posted online.
