I've got a mystery on my hands. I've been trying to identify this potter for ages. It says ARTURO DEC. STOV. Made in Italy. Does anyone recognize it? Many thanks! 20220518_121448.jpg mkfd.jpg

Hello @Becky Dahl & welcome to the forum!!:happy:

Here is a pitcher with the same mark.

Is this a bowl or a platter? How big is it?

I have a feeling this is just one of the many Italian pottery companies that produce pottery kitchenware sets such as pasta bowl sets, pitchers, canisters, etc. I love the blue & yellow combination.

That colour combo was a big thing in the eighties.

Thank you so much! I hadn't seen that mark anywhere else. It's a bowl, I'm guessing a pasta serving bowl. It goes well with my other kitchenware, which is a mix n match of anything in yellows and blues with brushstrokes

It may have had a set of individual size pasta bowls in the beginning. My set is done in a green design with a large serving bowl & 8 individual bowls. We use them all the time as we eat a lot of pasta dishes.
