    Hi all,
I've seen these figures before, finally bought a couple to see what they are or who makes them. They feel like pottery, but on the base there is little holes, so maybe a composite material rather than pottery? Lots of holes on the first base, not so many on the 2nd base. There are 1 1/2"H.
    any information appreciated
    thanks for looking

    Aw, more cuties! :)

My guess would be resin, with or without other stuff thrown in.

I had a hedgehog living in my garden for years. The look of whatthehellisthat! when my cat first saw it was priceless.

I thought it was an old children's story, but apparently the music and story were written by Norstein.

That hedgehog is sooooo charming, I love when he calls the owl, "weirdo!" But that bear! And the dog!

    I'm glad to share it!

They remind me of the figures made from Mt. St. Helens ash by a number of people; "Stan," and I recall Becca or similar. If so, they'd be considered a type of pottery I believe.

Thanks all_fakes:) I'll check that out! I've had some pieces by Stan before, the plaques that come with a stand, wish I had one now to compare!
