Featured Pottery planter hand painted with gazells

    Picked this from senior man and woman having a moving sale today.
    Any ideas on age or where it came from, I never seen one with top like this.
    No markings or signatures on it.

    Billy, that "gazelle" actually looks more like a bird to me!
    (Road-runner type, maybe?)

    Billy, a gazelle...with only 2 legs????
    Yup, roadrunner type bird....with rain clouds.....so in a NA style...but I can't say if it's authentic Native made...

    The cracks and the hole kill any value Im afraid.Shame,its a pretty piece.Id guess 60s.

    Yeah, road runner now that I see it. The people I got it from had lot's of southwestern art and pottery. I never seen a NA pot like this, could be a tourist piece huh ?

    Thanks Johnny, I grabbed it because it was pretty. Though no cracks, glaze cracks if that's what you where talking about.
