Pottery Tile European Drinking Scene Marked?

This tile was past down to my friend. We both have looked and cannot find the mark. Measures 10 inches in diameter. Your knowledge is needed. I told her what a great board this is.

Continental European, I think. The scene reminds me of some Anton Pieck paintings. I can't read the mark, I and B or J and B. The artist's name appears to be Daniel Pot followed by Jh? Th?
