Green Vase is 8" High - 4.5" Opening Diameter. It is molded and looks like it is an Ohio piece. I cannot find it and how to I describe the glaze and textured finish

The glass cruet is 3.5" high to top of stopper. Is it EAPG and the pattern name? I looked for a "block pattern" but no luck.

Cruet, probably Geo. Duncan's No. 308, Block, but it's the wrong stopper, should be faceted.

    Thanks Cherryhill !

Doesn't surprise me that the stopper is wrong.
