Featured Potties, a little help on this mini pitcher ?

    Hi all. So i backslid on buying anything remotely victorian looking when this little lovely caught my eye. The fairies on the front(wich were a bear o capture on pics!) cinched the deal ! Its 5 1/2 high at the lip,2 1/2 wide. I remember someone mentioning the word "foreign",but of course I cant find the thread.Ive found a few references to Cameo,but as Royal Cameo ,so I dont know ? Any input is always appreciated.

    OK, here's my guess -- post WW2, German, Bohemian, Austrian possibly, and marked "Foreign" to mask country of origin...

    There are a couple of different items in red in this pattern on worthpoint; search fine china cameo. One seller said Germany, the other Japan. I tend to think it's Japanese because of the wreath.

    I agree: the wreath usually means Japan.
