Featured Potties,Asian plaque,am I new ?

    Hi all. Though Ive long decided I wasnt going near anything Oriental ,this plaque just grabbed me. Its 9 inches tall,7 1/2 wide.Almost has a majolica look to me. Any input is always appreciated .

    The colors look on the new side to me.
    I'd guess sometime in the last 20 years.
    Wait for other opinions.

    It is a celestial dragon with the cosmic pearl of wisdom. Looking very possessive now that he has finally managed to grab it.;)
    Chinese, or maybe from one of China's neighbours. Looks like the same kind of ceramic as those Chinese roof ornaments, so it may be meant to go on a house.

    Thanks guys. I thought possibly newer,but the quality and attention to detail made me think a better newer. I just noticed theres a "g" or a "9" above the left hole on the back. I just love it nonetheless.
