POTTIES: Need help identifying maker of this vase

Any help identifying the maker of this little vase would be greatly appreciated!

Funny how they call it eggshell porcelain, probably because it's crazed like a cracked egg!

 

I stared at this a bit earlier. the scene is sort of English but something about that numbering and the look of it, says it isn't, to me. Austrian or German maybe.

 

Yes, something about the numbers--even Belgian, maybe, but I didn't come close to another one.
