Potties - Probably not a high dollar item, but who made me?

It's a green Majolica plate. Molded under the solid green glaze. The anchor mark looks to have a B and an S next to it, and maybe other letters at the edges of the anchor filled in with glaze. I saw the background design and three stilt marks and bagged it for a dollar, tax included. It's pre-WWII minimum, but the cracking pattern makes me think some misguided soul threw it in a dishwasher.

Aha - I kept thinking it was English. No wonder I couldn't find the mark.
