Pr. of clear glass swung vases. Who? When?

    *crs* Hippy Dippy Antiquer

    Would anyone happen to know who made these swung vases? They have a 6 column/ribs with a slight twist pattern. One measures just shy of 9" at peak and the other measures 9 1/4" at peak. Base measures 2 7/8" diameter. Thank you.[​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG]

    FYI, These have been determined to be Dugan's Diamond Fine Rib
