Pressed metal plaque

    Picked this up before because the inscription on it intrigued me. I think it's pressed metal with finer marks punched into the face of it. It's pretending to be copper but looks like copper coloured paint. It's non ferrous (magnet test). Ø=30cm

    The inscription says: -
    11th July 1969
    Presented by H R P Winding H E L India

    Google not giving much away.

    Oh and there's a H H on the brass hanger

    Oooh. Okay thanks. Maybe a retirement present or long service award. I was hoping it was presented by royalty or some prominent figure. Prob worth less than a bin lid :rolleyes:

    Having said that, all I got was this crappy pewter tankard and a certificate from the chief:hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

    It's never been polished in 33 years.
