Primitive or Made to look & who are the kings? Arabian? TYIA

    Approx 8" tall or so I see kings, a bird, and some writing that I think looks Arabic but... Did someone mangle this to make it look older than it really is? The bird is shown on the sideway view but I did that on purpose Kind of cool Any help is very much appreciated

    Looks like it's had daily use in someone's home,nothing special.
