This print is marked Traxel and Maas (late 19th to early 20th century Cincinnati Art Store and Gallery) In original frame which has a plate "Losantiville", early name of Cincinnati.

    DSC02447.JPG DSC02451.JPG

From Catalog of Copyrights under heading photographs: Traxel & Maas, Cincinnati, Ohio - Chief Black Fish viewing Fort Washington from Mt. Adams. Landscape showing the valley of Cincinnati 1800. An Indian with gun standing on bluff. ....July 30, 1906

I am assuming this is a copy of a painting, if so how do I find the artist. There was mention that John Henry Sharp exhibited at Traxel & Maas Gallery.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

If you can get a cropped and clear photo of the entire print without the frame, you might be able to find it through a reverse image search in Google or another site called Tin Eye.
