Hello to all antiques lovers on this forum. I was wondering if anyone here could shed some light on this piece that I recently got. It is supposedly a 19th century Qianlong. Any bit of info will be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly![IMG] [IMG]

Hello Dan, and welcome to the forum.
It is a pretty vase, but they are still making these today.
As you already knew, the Qianlong mark was also used after his reign (1735-1796), often to refer to that golden period of Chinese arts. And sometimes on deliberate fakes. There is even Japanese porcelain with the Qianlong mark.
Although I think this is recent, I would like to give it the benefit of the doubt of possibly being 19th century. Could you post some more detailed pictures? Also of the glaze and the rim?

Is the seal mark hand painted or stamped?

Hello Any Jewellery and Kardinalissimo! First of all thank you for your responses...
The stamp does not seem to be hand painted, K..

@Any Jewellery, here are a couple more pics, I hope they are clear enough. Once again thank you so much for your responses, much appreciated... P1010005.JPG P1010007.JPG P1010006.JPG P1010005.JPG P1010004.JPG P1010004.JPG P1010005.JPG P1010006.JPG P1010007.JPG

One more thing I forgot to ask... Any idea what kind of value such piece would hold?

Sorry don't know. But now you know the age, you can probably find similar ones online.
