Questions on two beaded necklaces

Hello All, I hope (for those in the US) that you had a lovely Thanksgiving.

I have these two glass bead necklaces that required expert opinions. The red and white one, I have seen listed as Murano but I am not convinced the quality is there. Could it be Chinese made? It has obviously been reworked at the clasp.

Is the second one porphyry glass? The beads have a very satiny finish. Thank you for looking and any help you can provide.

 

The first one is a souvenir of Venice, Italy. Not all of them are of the same quality, and "bumpy" beads are common. The second one looks like dyed tigerseye, probably assembled by a crafter. I have used clasps like those myself.
