Grabbed these two paintings today. Just beat some other guy to them who was arguing that one of them should be his. Hand bags at dawn. Looked a bit like Greengrass out of Heartbeat. So anyway I've looked up the artist and not much available info. No listing on findartinfo and nowt immediately obvious on Google. There's a Robert McGovern on Mutual art but completely different style. There's a label on the back that makes reference to a framer in Stockton Heath. Also 80 after one of the signatures and one is signed R P McGovern
