Rare Exclusive Limited Richard Prince Publication/Book- How to value?

Hi Everyone,
I recently came across this book featuring two works of art by Richard Prince. It was printed by Christie’s in 2008 in conjunction with an auction that took place May 13th, 2008. While Richard Prince books, catalogs, publications are extremely collectible and sought after, I have been unable to find any information or sales record of this particular title until today. I contacted the individual credited with the design layout of the book and to my surprise, she wrote me back. She told me this particular book was printed exclusively for top auction bidders and the number printed was definitely well under 1,000 and mentioned she is periodically contacted by people looking for a copy.
It was printed in England, 72 pages, full color, 8.5" x 6".

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to sell/price something like this?
