Cuadro propriedad de Uniarte = Painting property of Uniarte.
And as wildrose said, a special edition of 5000 prints made for Banco Mas Sardá. (Not "more Sardinian banking", by the way, the Banco Mas Sardá was a Spanish bank, now part of the Banco de Bilbao.)

I don't know where it says étreinte, but étreinte is embrace, peinte is painted.

The special edition was for Christmas 1977 (Navidad 1977).

No need to be sorry. It is possible for there to be confusion about the difference between a print of a painting, and an original painting, and there are a number of different types of prints.
But this is indeed a print of a painting apparently entitled "Femme nue et mosquetaire."

Agree, no need to be sorry. You are dealing with several languages that are foreign to you, that is a lot of translating to get lost in.
To confuse matters, Picasso painted several paintings called Étreinte (Embrace), but this is definitely a print of "Femme nue et mosquetaire."
