Recognize these puppets?

    These have fabric, so posting under clothing... Anyone recognize these characters? They seem to be 1960s plus or minus. The hand goes through in the regular way, but then they have these pants and shoes sewn on -- could just be a craft project I suppose? Some age to them... ring a bell for anyone?
