Red hand painted ship cabinet

It is beautifully painted with two ships and a map. I am wondering if this is a jelly cupboard. I am unsure of age. The top measures 53 x 13 inches. There are 3 separate doors with three separate cupboards. Each one has a knob and small piece of wood that hangs down to keep them closed. I can find no marks other than BJO in black marker on the back. I would love to know age and any other information possible.

    Not a jelly cupboard, which has a more vertical configuration. Looks like an old sideboard or credenza that someone has painted. Cabinet circa 1950. Who knows when it was painted.
