Religious metal statue. What metal?

    Hello again!

    Sorry for another post.

    Got few religious statues from Belgium and trying to identify them and get as much information as I can. Google has been helpful for most items, but need your help with few.
    Can you tell from the pictures what is it made of? When I scratched a bit from underneath, white/silver color came up. It's about 40 cm tall and quite heavy, over 2 kg.
    Could you tell the origin and date for this? Struggling a bit with this one.
