Retro Poolside Chair Identification

Got these chairs because of their looks and comfortability. Anybody can direct in the right direction in trying to identify them and also appropriate description to it, thx..

 

Look like 1960s plastic. But I wouldn't assume they were design solely for poolside use. (Unless, of course, they're retro and not vintage.)

I was thinking the bottoms look like fiberglass so when looking for fiberglass MCM chairs I found these. They say they are Fibrella and have some info on the company.

Thanks for the heads up on these chairs. More than likely that they are Fibrellas albeit they aren't marked. Not bad for 30 bucks. Thanks all around.
