Featured Ridgways Royal Vistas - Does anyone recognize this view?

    Hello Board Friends - I am trying to determine the scene shown in this Ridgways Royal Vistas plate. The series is "paintings by famous artists" but fails to identify the painting or the artist. These plates are a tough sale so I'm hoping if I can identify the vista it might help find a buyer. The plate is 10 1/4" across. Thank you for whatever help you can provide.
